12 hour slow cooked beef perfectly pairs with this Seoul inspired sweet sticky sauce. Served alongside is a special rice mix of carrot, cabbage, peas and earthy edamame beans. To finish is an extra dash of soy and a sprinkling of fresh spring onions.
