Tofu Pad Thai
Soy, we bean thinking about all you hungry vegans out there and we think we’ve come up with a winner, winner, Tofu dinner.
Freshly julienned carrots and capsicum are tossed with sliced spring onions in a peanutty Pad Thai sauce. Proteinful tofu is then combined and garnished with a full thai spread of bean shoots, chopped chilli, crunchy peanuts and herbs.
This dish is so en-thai-cingly appe-thai-ing, it’s to thai for!
