Complete Control: Need to make changes? No problem! Our online portal allows you to easily cancel, pause, skip, or modify your order at any time.
- Flexibility is Key: Life throws curveballs, and our Fit Food deliveries adapt with you. We understand that sometimes you might need a break. Our recurring deliveries come with no lock-in contracts, so you can cancel or adjust your plan whenever needed.

How do I get started? It's easy! Just press the "START A RECURRING ORDER HERE" button displayed on our Recurring Order menu page or simply click here. You'll be guided through the process of selecting your meals, choosing your delivery frequency, and checking out.

How do I manage my recurring deliveries? Simply log in to your Fit Food account and click on "MANAGE RECURRING DELIVERIES." Here you can cancel, pause, skip, or modify your upcoming delivery.

What happens when the menu changes? We keep our menu exciting with weekly updates, so you'll never get tired of the same meals. If your recurring order is affected by a menu change, you'll receive an email notification and can easily update your selections online.
- When will I be charged? Recurring delivery orders are processed every Friday at 6pm. Your nominated credit card will be automatically charged every 7, 14, 21, or 28 days, depending on your chosen delivery frequency.
