Why dine with Fit Food?
Our meals are made locally in Bayswater by a small team of passionate chefs and cooks. All of our food is prepared in a traditional home cooked style.
This means we hand peel the sweet potatoes, chop the veggies and stir the pots. Unlike other NDIS meal providers who use less humans and more machines to indiscriminately hack your ingredients into little cubes. Then ooze them out of a nozzle into your meal container.... How appetising.
How much do I need to pay?
If you're eligible, your NDIS funding will cover 70% of the cost of your Fit Food delivery.
How do I know if I am eligible for NDIS meal funding assistance?
Your eligibility is based on your specific support requirements and funding allocations.
Your NDIS plan will need to include Daily Activities in your Core Supports or either of the following line items:

Our team of meal prep maestros whip up your selection then pack and deliver the fresh meals straight to your door. Store your meals in the fridge for up to 12 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.

Not only do their meals taste amazing but they are always fresh and of restaurant quality, with new options every week. I’ve tried many forms of precooked meals before that taste bland and like cardboard but FitFoods are by far the best.
They have helped me so much with my fitness and weight loss journey that so many people from my gym are now getting them delivered. Their easy to read and understand Marco counts make tracking easy.

I wish I had heard about this business years ago. After trying pretty much every other food prep business, they all tasted like TV dinners from the supermarket, FitFood is honestly the only one that I actually look forward to eating.
