This scrumptious savoury snack is slightly spicy while also being tantalisingly sweet. The muffin mix is made from gluten free flour and corn meal which gives a super soft texture and delicious flavour. Mixed through is a scattering of mild jalapenos and lactose free shredded cheese. Slathered on top is a delicious honey butter, giving it a super shiny and tasty coating.
